你委《关于长春大成新资源集团有限公司秸秆制化工醇原料糖项目竣工延期的请示》（长发改产业[2013]267号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下：
一、同意长春大成新资源集团有限公司20万吨秸秆制化工醇原料糖项目竣工延期至2015年5月。
二、先期建设的5万吨秸秆糖装置竣工延期至2014年6月。
三、其他事项严格按照原批复文件《吉发改审批[2011]618号》和资金下达计划《吉发改投资[2013]828号》要求执行。
